If there is any issue whether it would be with a mentor or help seeker, whether video crashes or internet shuts down, there will be an option for the help seeker to either have a full refund or keep time as credit for that exact mentor. Follow up with mentor will also be reviewed and any questions we have regarding the situation will be brought up to both the mentor and help seeker. If help seeker believes he or she has not received the time correctly, all cases will be reviewed and asked by the mentor to see what he or she has done differently to make sure that the time was used correctly.
